Training and Education Manager, First Housing
Christa Landram has been with First Housing since 2005 and has been partnering with the National Association of Home Builders in proctoring the Housing Credit Certified Professional exam since 2011. She is responsible for developing all the affordable housing compliance courses for First Housing University, and training on behalf of the state at quarterly workshops. She also travels nationally to train owners and on-site staff of affordable housing properties on maintaining compliance with various state and county funding programs. She monitors properties for compliance under several affordable housing programs, including Housing Credit, Multifamily Revenue Bond, and HOME. Her responsibilities include conducting on-site file reviews and physical inspections, keeping her team up to date on rules and regulations, and performing introductory calls for all new properties in First Housing’s portfolio.
